WHAT FILES DO I NEED TO SEND FOR OEM?
You can send a tech pack (PDF), Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw file, a physical sample, or even a rough sketch with measurements. We will review and confirm before starting the sample. The more detail you provide, the faster we can match your design.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per style for most products. Some highly detailed items or embroidery-heavy styles may have a higher MOQ. Contact us with your specific product and we will confirm the MOQ for your requirement.
HOW LONG DOES A SAMPLE TAKE?
Standard sample turnaround is 7–10 working days from receiving your complete design brief and fabric approval. Rush samples may be available for repeat clients. We send photos and a video of the sample before shipping it to you for physical inspection.
HOW LONG DOES BULK PRODUCTION TAKE?
Once you approve the sample and we receive your deposit, bulk production takes 30–45 working days depending on order size and complexity. We provide weekly production updates via WhatsApp or email throughout the process.
CAN YOU MATCH A PANTONE COLOUR EXACTLY?
Yes. We work with Pantone colour references for fabric dyeing, sublimation, and screen printing. Please provide the Pantone TCX or TPX code for precise colour matching. We send a colour swatch for your approval before bulk production.
DO YOU DO PRIVATE LABELING?
Yes, absolutely. Private label is a core part of our OEM service. We produce and apply custom woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, heat transfers, and care labels — all with your brand name and artwork. Packaging customization is also available.
WHAT PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU OFFER?
Standard payment is 30% deposit before production starts and 70% balance before shipment. For established clients with good payment history, we may offer adjusted terms. We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, and PayPal for smaller orders.
