WHAT FILES DO I NEED TO SEND FOR ODM?
Nothing technical is required. Just share your idea — a reference image, mood board, rough sketch, or written description of what you want. Our design team handles everything from there, including the full tech pack and artwork.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per style for most products. Some highly detailed items or embroidery-heavy styles may have a higher MOQ. Contact us with your specific product and we will confirm the MOQ for your requirement.
HOW LONG DOES DESIGN + SAMPLING TAKE?
Design development takes 3–5 working days. Once you approve the design, we produce the physical sample in 7–10 additional working days. Total from brief to sample approval is typically 12–18 working days. We send photos and video of the sample before shipping.
HOW LONG DOES BULK PRODUCTION TAKE?
Once you approve the sample and we receive your deposit, bulk production takes 30–45 working days depending on order size and complexity. We provide weekly production updates via WhatsApp or email throughout the process.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC COLOURS AND STYLES?
Yes, absolutely. You can specify Pantone colour codes, reference images, or describe the look you want. Our designers will present colour options and style variations for you to choose from before we finalize the design.
DO YOU DO PRIVATE LABELING?
Yes, absolutely. Private label is a core part of our OEM service. We produce and apply custom woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, heat transfers, and care labels — all with your brand name and artwork. Packaging customization is also available.
WHAT PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU OFFER?
Standard payment is 30% deposit before production starts and 70% balance before shipment. For established clients with good payment history, we may offer adjusted terms. We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, and PayPal for smaller orders.
